Shaffer Building Company was founded in 1996 with a simple vision: to build a small construction business that could support the Shaffer family—and it did just that.
Founder Pat Shaffer often wore many hats, balancing work with major Southern California contractors while growing his own company. No matter the season, his goal remained the same: provide for his family and build a business to one day pass down.
In 2023, Pat’s sons, Kevin and Nolan, joined him full-time to lead the company into a new chapter—bringing fresh perspective, deep experience, and a shared commitment to the family legacy.
