Nolan Shaffer

Nolan began construction at a young age, working alongside his father and brothers. Before returning to the family company in 2023, he spent nearly 10 years working across the construction industry. He started in residential framing, then made his way into healthcare working in facilities maintenance at a local hospital.

Desiring to experience the larger GC world, he spent time as a PE for two large general contractors in Southern California. Always drawn to hands-on work, Nolan joined the Elevator Constructors Union for 3 years before deciding it was time to rejoin the family company. His work ethic, hands-on technical ability, and patience enable him to navigate the toughest projects and problems.
